About the Job: The St Architecture participated in the development of the project from the beginning, from help in the selection of properties, Fit Test, and subsequent project management work. Because it is a company in birth, along with a project office, every detail of the project had to be talked together with partners to reflect the way that they understood that the company should work. The property had chosen some specific characteristics that were used for the planning office: a slab of 700 m2 hall was divided by the elevators and the internal distribution of slabs possessed the bathrooms and service areas in the center of the floor. We chose to separate the reception of clients and some members leaving to one side and all attorneys, paralegals and administrative staff, along with other partners on the other side. Were planned 4 meeting rooms with different sizes, with the possibility of increasing two rooms of 12 people in a large room up to 25 people. We used materials and furniture design that brought forth the Brazilianness office and the joviality of the partners, without losing the austerity required to meet the standards of customers that the bank serves. The works lasted almost 1 year because everything was executed with the office running. Contact St Arquitetura E Consultoria
