Besides of the many plants on the facade, a reflecting pool with carps and other Japanese fishes brings an idea of a lake that runs underneath the restaurant, where the fishes can be seen both on the facade as besides the tables, inside the restaurant, getting a sense of tranquility and peace to the clients.
About 90 seats make up the environments of Misaki, divided into 115 square meters. In the Waiting Area, a tree trunk is used as a table, giving a rustic and modern touch at the same time. The designer chairs and the chairs offer comfort to those who await for your table, with books, food and themed objects composing this environment. A couple elements first noticed are the eucalyptus on the walls and the high ceiling with 6m tall. The door, covered in the same feedstock, has 4.8 meters tall and is one of visual attractiveness of the restaurant. The facade is made with a Portuguese material called “Viroc”, formed by a composite of wood replanting with pressed cement, giving a contemporary image. Internally, the German ecological wood floor is new to the market in Ceará, being one of the first places to use it commercially. Desks and chairs are also eco friendly, made from eucalyptus reforestation. In the Gourmet area, the customer is closer to the entrance and view the space outside the restaurant. The proximity of the counter also enables to see the ability of the sushiman of making the dishes. The colorful and diverse showcase of sushi is coated with transparent glass, ridding the environment of the smell of food. At the Reserved Space, comfort, warmth and privacy prevails. The dropped ceiling and the gives an intimate touches. At the Bistro area, the décor is done with a large panel with texture and a nice sculpture. Near the entrance a large table with eight seats has the distinction of internal lighting, which gives a special touch to the environment. At the Lake area, the space is reserved for groups.
