Article source: A3 LUPPI UGALDE WINTER CONCEPTS The Grün sports complex is organized in an area of 14 hectares. From access it offers a journey through the existing trees, walking along the recycling of existing building changing rooms, reaches volumes of new buildings in the complex; bar and meeting room.
The proposal for two free boxes framing the large multipurpose synthetic grass sports square summarizes the project concept. Both buildings are transitory, so there are constructed of sheet metal structure to be moved and relocated almost completely. GRÜN BAR This small space of 200m2 is the meeting place of the sports complex. The idea is based on generating of an simply formal object generated by the combination of opaque and glazed flat walls. A contrast between black metal and glass. There are sharp edges and coplanar meetings. The flat glassed reflexes multiply the green environmental effect, so blur the boundary volumes and integrate the landscape. The exterior is black and looks like a closed volume approaching. The interior is white and opens to the large green space for sports place. It also highlights the constructive synthesis, while the interior shows its structure naturally. An object where the external volume formal synthesis plays visual reflexes and opening generated inside. GRÜN EVENTS Almost mysterious Is a silent piece. This multipurpose room proposes a set of different materials shown as the backdrop of the large green area that precedes it. Wood, glass and metal are combined in a composition invites closer to understand what happens behind. At first glance, the building appears as an abstract level that speaks to the great tree of access. The dihedral wood that forms the access is positioned as the main focus where the access gallery is the only element that emerges from the plane. Its square 600 m2 without intermediate columns service has a wing on the right and left side access. The interior is a neutral box that allows infinite armed and disposal of equipment. The neutral language of the skin meets the challenge of creating a building that displays strong understanding turn that inside is where the main essence is.
