Located in Delémont’s city center and next the train station, the office building Polyadès is located in a particular urban situation. In between roads and rails, its shape responds to the constrains of its surrounding.
With a surface of about 3600 sqm, the project proposes high standards office spaces. The flexibility of the floor plans allows big company as well as smaller ones to establish their office there.
Two central cores that include the vertical circulation as well as technical elements articulate the different spaces. The ground floor is composed of common spaces. A cafeteria and two meetings rooms are given to the user of the building.
The four stories offer through their flexibility a variety of layout. Three terraces, two of which are covered are available on the rooftop with an impressive panorama on the skyline of Delémont.
As first certified Minegie P building on the canton of Jura, the building is therefore responding to high-end technical standards. Built in partnership with local company, folded metal facade with a 26cm insolation, LED lightning system and a geothermic probe as heating and cooling system are some examples of specific elements responding to the sustainable approach of the building.
