In front of entrance door display shelves are planed in between main door and dining/Bar to avoid direct vision from the main entry door. Wooden ceiling at the entry door folds in zig-zag pattern to create display shelves and continues back towards entry door in wooden flooring pattern, creating C shape dynamic space defines the open entrance lobby. For the living area diagonal false ceiling is designed, which drops down at both ends of room, merging with display shelves and TV unit at living area and at the dining area merges with luxurious bar display. Together false ceiling, display shelves, TV unit and bar display creates visually interactive and dynamic space inside a existing recti-linear space. As the client’s wife is artist herself , bold orange and dark brown colors are used for kitchen cabinets with matt finish plain white tiles on wall, to enhance the beauty of cabinets.White tiles are inlay-ed with grey and gold finished band of tiles to add luxurious look to kitchen. For kid’s room, separate twin beds are asked by client for boy and girl. False ceiling above beds is painted with chocolate brown color with sparkling fiber optic lights inserted randomly to create magical experience for kids. Brown color of ceiling drops down on side wall, visually it creates inverted L shape space above for bed area. Brown wall is painted with mural of tree, together tree mural and sparkling fiber optics lights adds beauty in night. Bold orange and yellow color of wardrobes and dark blue color of curtains adds vibrancy in the space. Master bed supports are recessed in and powered with led lights to give floating effect to the bed and also serves as foot lights at night. Wooden finished ceiling folds down to create book shelf, together book shelf and lit mirror breaks the symmetry of bed and side tables and adds dynamism to the space.
