We proposed a medical complex accommodating an emergency area, a pharmacy and doctors’ offices within the ‘Sur Plaza’ shopping center to attend the needs of the South seaside city during the summer. Due to its holiday environment, we proposed a festive and friendly image that will help reduce the stress produced by going to a hospital facility.
This project is situated at the Sur Plaza Mall in the district of Asia, Lima, Peru. It have 485.63m2 of constructed area and it’s placed at the front of the Panamerica Sur Highway.
It have a simple L shape volumetry, forming 4 fronts, being the parallel to the road face the longest one with 40.10ml. In this facade lies a wall perpendicular to the highway with a height of 11.85m, where the advertising of the medical facility will be placed. The outer walls have paint finishes and a polished concrete baseboard.
The project planning features 5 offices, a waiting room, 2 bathrooms for clients, an admission counter , a drugstore , 3 laboratories, an emergency room, 7 cubicles , 2 bathrooms for employees, a lounge area, a nurses station, a dormitory for employees and a patio.
