RMI-LA is  2,200 SF of new medical offices in Los Angeles for the Retina Macula Institute in an existing office building. This project offers a new look for the renowned retinal specialist institute, and this was achieved under extreme time constraints to avoid interrupting operations.

The design is part of the graphical and architectural rebranding and expansion of the institute. The project focuses heavily on high contrast to support better orientation for potentially impaired clients, while also emphasizing the corporate colors of the institute. The office is equipped within a small spatial allocation with high-tech examination equipment and a comfortable lobby. The lobby itself is a strong architectural element with the reception as a central operational element. This design redefines the typical medical environment and transforms the space into a welcoming atmosphere to comfort clients and users at the same time.
