Article source: Bmrg arquitectos The BUDASIS office is located on the seventh floor of a new office building, located in a traditional residential neighborhood of Santiago, that with the construction of a new underground station it is in a process of incorporating new land uses. The configuration of the original free space, which was almost square proportions, leaving in the center this space a place that possibly could have been very dark, so the proposal chose to avoid the compartmentalization of offices and transparency prevail.
The project set up a large transparent center with meeting room as a leading space, around which the office is distributed, allowing the constant relationship between people. On the perimeter private offices are located, which with wooden shutters maintain privacy, allow controlled passage of natural light and leave an unobstructed view of the park and the Andes mountains, giving a privileged condition. The services are located against one of the walls dividing neighbors, leaving the central office space released to allow the spatial order. The color palette used favors the white and gray tones, looking to leave the architecture just as a background of the activities and elements within it. Contact Bmrg arquitectos
