It comprises a shopping center linked to outdoor commercial streets, galleries and small shops and cafes, a 60m high boutique hotel, a 90m high office tower and two 90m high residential buildings over more than 150,000 sqm. Functions and facilities are interconnected by fluid forms and shapes, solid volumes and negative spaces along a sequence of indoor and outdoor squares, meeting areas, terraced passages and internal corridors.
