Article source: Grosu Art Studio The restaurant is located downtown Bucharest on a picturesque street behind Romanian Athenaeum. This area is a symbol representing an ascending period for the Romanian capital. The owner of the place is a well known chef in Romania, named Joseph Hadad, who decided to do a new type of brasserie with food signed by him.
The name \”Caju\” is symbolic and represents the species that make the difference in cooking. The similarity between cooking marked the location design. The space has three areas, the center that brings together 14 tables and is dominated by a curved wooden ceiling, each table has a chandelier. On the right of the entrance is a preparation area for focaccia and other baked products. In the center of the space is a bar-type table which was specially developed for this local. On the right side of the bar is the next zone that brings together seven tables that can be rearranged for parties. The areas are separated by a metal library filled with selected wines. The materials used inside are wood, metal, concrete, brick, glossy black and white tile, and the sofa is made of cloth with a particular design choice. The location can receive about 60 persons. The location style is realized in an international brasserie traditions, one that brings together combinations of wood, metal or brick, accentuated by special lights that can radically change the atmosphere of the place, from romantic evening to noisy parties. The location is dominated by specific decor sawed diagonally behind the bar, which is seen from a great distance from the main alley. When needed all the light can be connected on the basis of predefined scenarios. Chairs, tables, chandeliers or the Edison lamps are iconic for a brasserie location. Contact Grosu Art Studio
