Article source: Rogerio Gama Arquitetura
Project located in the city of Piratininga, state of São Paulo – Brazil, in the residential condominium Vale Florido.
The project consists of an extension with 228m2.
600m2 Total.
Being a room with a suite, a service area; And a bathroom.
Includes a covered area for leisure and pool access.
The main highlight was the dynamics of the slab in this new covered area, with a new style; For multiple use on the pillar itself. Rest hammocks, cups or drinks, etc.
And the pergola in balance, winning a good vain; Structured up by a beam-inverted give the novelty in that project.
On the facade, we have a large beam to support the slab, and a circular highlight on the pillar on which it rests.
The facade was enlarged, and the floor lowered by its previous height of the ground, with some highlights in the old window. The cliete wanted more garages, so that was the better solution.
The work has already been completed, in a good local residential condominium.
