Developed for a software company, the Project was based in a old computer monitor. Located between the Projected street L, corner to Eugênio de Bona Castelan and Meleiro streets, the building is placed in Criciuma city, State of Santa Catarina, counting area of 1711,58 square meters, being concluded on july, 2016. The architetonic party was based on the ground and solar positions, and the visual was also importante by choosing the insertion of the Project.

The program needs, on the first floor, counts with office rooms, coordination and development, meeting room, administration, toilets and canopy. On the second floor, there are office rooms, toilets, canopy, and meeting room. In the attic, can find office rooms and a large meeting roo,. Reception, toilets and canopy. On the underground, parking lots and technical area, ando n the ground floor, reception and some parking spaces.

The project took advantage of the local conditions to provide better solar orientation and natural ventilation, as well as, on the east and west façades, white metal tiles with rock wool insulation were used for better thermal comfort. The brass, perforated metal tile on its northern façade and reflective laminated glass allow partial entry of natural light, and throughout the building, cross ventilation provides maximum comfort into the building. Rainwater harvesting by the cover is destined to a reservoir in which it is designated for irrigation of the garden.
