It is an integral refurbishment and conversion of the building aimed at optimizing its efficiency and sustainability, as well as turning it into a state-of-the-art building in a privileged location.

A pioneering and exclusive air conditioning system characterized by a very high energy optimization that results in low consumption, efficiency, comfort and minimum maintenance costs. The building has been awarded with the Three Diamond Award 2017, which honors the most efficient building in Spain.

It is a pioneering hybrid air-conditioning system that uses water and gas as transmission fluids. The use of water allows optimal comfort and a natural thermal sensation for user satisfaction. While the gas helps to optimize cold/heat performance, efficiency and sustainability with personal air-conditioning control.

Its double skin façade enables environmental and acoustic control by emphasizing transparency, adopting a curtain wall solution on the four facades, with a three-dimensional layout combining glass and micro perforated stainless steel sheets.
