Article source: Grow Arquitectos This project is part of Nuevo Sur in which we participate with a group of leading architects in the creation of a large mixed-use development in Monterrey in the north of Mexico. We had the great opportunity to also participate in the design of Gran Ciudad Nuevo Sur, one of the residential buildings of the complex.
The goal of this residential building was to satisfy the growing need of spaces for rent given the great demand that exists in this city for the interest of many youngsters to study in the important schools and universities here located. With our project we look to give a very attractive alternative for a floating and very varied market with specific needs for a period that oscillates between one and six years. Gran Ciudad Nuevo Sur has 204 apartments designed to offer open and very efficient spaces. Considering that they are rental spaces, a palette of neutral materials and finishes was selected, developing a contemporary and very attractive general environment for its inhabitants, and according to the investment standards requested by our client. Particular focus was paid to the amenities since —in addition to be the central core of the project— they are the element that makes the difference from the currently available options. We worked with a balance of interior and exterior spaces to give options to all the needs and to achieve a very appropriate combination. Gran Ciudad Nuevo Sur has a generous pool, gym, barbecue areas, terraces, and a business center. Contact Grow Arquitectos
