Article source: FORM bureau Semifreddo is a restaurant project with over ten years of history, that has been listed as one of the top one hundred restaurants in the world by San Pellegrino. The restaurant is located within a two storey former mansion. Two large verandas flank both sides of the building. The main hall is located on the first floor and maintains a light minimalist environment, accented with a bar stand and back wall in american walnut panelling. The verandas are characterised by the exposed brick walls of the building. The simple interior is finished with bold lighting elements and glass screens custom designed for the project. The two Michelin star chef Nino Graziano cooks at the restaurant himself. Diners can observe the best Italian chef in Moscow at work in his kitchen, which is open to the dining hall.
