The corporate offices for Nissan Renault Finance Mexico, in Aguascalientes, Mexico, a project of a contest in which we are winners.
Based on the basic premise of what if their offices are as innovative as their cars, the proposal incorporates the core principles of innovation of the Nissan: environment, life on board cars and dynamic performances. Translated into the building, the above represents the bioclimatic approach, user experience and efficiency; this makes the environment more than a workspace.

The project is a campus that has as its center piece the square surrounded by three volumes. This plaza functions as a circulation distributor and becomes an oasis full of vegetation; its mirror of water generates a micro climate that provides excellent climatic comfort.
The project is developed in a land of 7,890 m2 with a total construction area of 24,800 m2. To ensure an efficient building, we propose a balance between cost, structure, facilities, flexibility and operation.
