Article source: ALLARTSDESIGN The bright and modern design of the existing food court of the Family hypermarket, for residents and visitors of Perm. A new concept for the dining area, an adapted colormap, formatting of the guest areas. The food court family has long been familiar to the residents of Perm, an update was needed – to solve the problem, they invited the Russian design studio ALLARTSDESIGN, led by designer Artemy Saranin. Geometry with stained-glass windows, columns, atrium, and operating food operators – were the initial vectors in the development of the concept. The colormap is formed with signature colors with the opposite blue, complemented by neutral black and white.  Image Courtesy © Artemy Saranin  Image Courtesy © Artemy Saranin The main requirements for the implementation of public spaces are incombustibility of the materials used, anti-vandalism of coatings, high illumination, the use of certified products and materials at the facility, as well as the cost of release below the market. This is opposed to the requirements of traffic distribution, garbage posts, cleaning, advertising surfaces, existing networks and vibration! And only here the design begins. From the columns – they removed all advertising and made them active with charging stations and high landing. Developed advertising bilateral, rotating structures in the hall. Waiting areas for the order were supplemented with communal tables with garbage posts. The children’s zone was turned into a playpen for the perimeter landing of parents, with two entrances and lockers. This will allow for a long time to be able to update online. They painted ornaments, organized new sofa groups with landscaping. Posts, racks, houses, a two-story game complex, advertising boards, various supports and company letters FAMILY, on which you can sit.
