Article source: DOMINA | RAMOS Arquitectura The office is located on the top floor of a corner building, in the heart of Palermo neighborhood, Buenos Aires. Starting from an open plan, it was decided to locate the private offices and meeting rooms on the party wall; providing the workstations with exterior views and natural lighting. The workstations are developed in the form of interconnected 120° islands, to promote a fluid communication between people.
An auditorium for 25 people overlooks the front facade and has a completely independent access from the entrance hall, so as not to interfere with work teams. Exposed building facilities were projected, to achieve the use of the total height of the space. Also, to improve the acoustics, it was decided to use projected cellulose on the existing slab. Gigantographs of Buenos Aires were placed on different walls to characterize this headquarters according to its location. Contact DOMINA | RAMOS Arquitectura
