Article source: DOMINA | RAMOS Arquitectura Located in a pole where corporate projects is booming, this office is situated in a LEED certified building. The main challenge of this renovation was to adapt an existing office that preserved the identity of the previous tenant. During the project development, it was important to recycle some of the remaining elements, as they could be useful.
In this way, it was decided to reuse part of the existing furniture, adapting it to the needs of the new tenant. On the other hand, lighting fixtures and glazed partitions were also reused, modifying their distribution according to the new program. The premise that people are the most important resource of any company was taken as a starting point. The lunch area was located in a central area of the open plan, allowing interaction between the different work groups. Regarding the use of color, neutral tones were chosen for workstations, using corporate colors at specific points such as chair backs. The colors of the company also predominate in the lunch area, promoting a more unstructured place and creativity development. Contact DOMINA | RAMOS Arquitectura
