The newest venture from well known Chef Danyi Gao delivers fresh Vietnamese eats, with the signature Bun Cha inspired straight from the streets stalls of Hanoi.
In keeping with the simple, rustic street-side Vietnamese shops and their French influence, the interior mixers raw finishes with refined touches.
A mix of green hues makes the space bright and fresh. A large custom central feature light sits over long wooden communal tables, drawing your eye down towards the bustling open kitchen and bar serving up fresh food and Vietnamese coffee.
Brushed stainless steel shelving and trowelled concrete walls reflect the raw street side. Dark green leather Bench seating integrated with planter boxes surround the diners with tall lush planting. A variety of rustic wooden tables and French-style chairs sit on a classically patterned green and grey mosaic floor.
