Article source: Shirli Zamir Design Studio Lenovo Israel is local branch as part of the global worldwide known company. The Lenovo Israel offices were based in Petah Tikva and moved within the same city to their new offices which we planned.
Lenovo Israel is based on two main departments. The first is the PC team. This team works on everything that has to do with the Lenovo products. This includes the management, marketing, software engineering and etc. The second department is the Server Team. This team consists of software engineering working on the software itself. We received clear guidelines from the global Lenovo for this project. And our concept building and color palette had to work accordingly. We had to take into consideration that the branding has to play a main role in the design. At the beginning of the project we took inspiration from the solid shapes of the screens and an abstract memory of the wires and we created several systems including this idea of mass and lines, body and wires and this became the language of the design throughout the space. The floor plan consists of a and open entrance including a reception desk and a display of the company’s products and of course and large and open kitchen, a-formal meeting rooms, formal meeting rooms, open space seating and pods. The textures and materials are all warm and cozy yet very sophisticated allowing an atmosphere of collaboration and flexibility. The space was arranged while considering the natural light and the necessities of all employees within the space. Contact Shirli Zamir Design Studio
