The customer who appealed to us, at the beginning there was a desire to make a planning solution, just put the furniture. But when he showed me an object and looking at this space, my eyes tanned. I offered him to make a “cool office” there, he shrugged and said: “Come on!”. That’s how we decided to make this office.

We faced an interesting task. It was necessary to make space for the team of 8 people who are constantly in the office. Visitors rarely come to them, but if they came to them, our task was to be impressed by the status of this office and the company. We had the opportunity to make everything we want in this office. The only customer did not want to invest in the decoration of the walls of the very space, they decided to preserve the original species of walls by 80%.

In space, it was necessary to place a certain number of people in certain groups, so that they do not interfere with each other work. There are engineers who need silence when working, managers who often communicate on the phone. And all this did not want to clutter by partitions that would cover the natural light that falls from large windows. Therefore, it was decided to make glass partitions to the ceiling. When installing there were some difficulties, because The office is on the last floor of the altitude. And to put on the staircase, such big glasses were quite difficult.

The bathrooms were originally built with brick, the brickwork was left in pristine form, painted in the color we need. So we were able to save in the finishing works. Only a few walls in the office we leveled under painting. It was done specifically in order to create a contrast between rude surfaces as a brick, concrete and perfectly painted surfaces.

Due to the fact that in the office sometimes there are more than 15 people, three bathrooms were planned. Dark for the chef, bright for employees and another more spacious, there were placed a mini laundry, hid the entire inventory for cleaning the room, put a washing and drying machine.

Also for the convenience of employees it was necessary to provide a kitchen, a small but spacious and comfortable for lunch. On the balcony with stunning views of the city there is a barbecue area, it was done in order to rest after the working day to rest and hold buffets with companies.

One of the tasks was to form an office for a small company in which there will be no branded things, since customers rarely come to the office. The office is more image and made for the convenience of employees. The idea of ​​the office originally went from the gift of the chief (customer), in the form of a knight statue. The gift was made friends and it became the starting point. The idea was such that the knights fought before the truth, now they are sitting in the office in the jackets and the whole office was formed around this idea. Also, one of the wishes of the Customer was to post a map where all regions will be indicated with which this company cooperates. The map turned out to be a large-scale size of more than 3 meters.

In the office, the high ceilings are 3.5 meters and wanted to save this height, so they spent all the wiring and communications on the ceiling and hid in metal tubes. Only part of the communications hid into the box on the ceiling, which comes in a single web in the space of the bathrooms and the kitchen.

The most important thing in the interior is that all furniture objects have been designed and designed by designer sketches. Map, dressers, tables were made from the Karagach massif. There is no factory furniture in the office, except for chairs and chairs.

In the office space, we were able to create a cozy atmosphere, there is no impression that this is a public office. At the same time, keep this line so that it does not become a home office. We were able to turn the usual understanding of the space, as a rule, we have bright ceilings and dark floors, and we decided to draw on the contrary. Light floors help push the space, and dark ceilings increase it. In the kitchen and in the bathrooms we made a black ceilings, which gave more air, creates an impression as if the ceiling was dissolved.

Also, one of the tasks was the correct organization of lighting, which was solved in the form of interior soft light, work light above the tables and the main light reflected from the ceiling.

There were amusing stories when contractors said that it was impossible to put one-piece glass partitions on the flight. And we fought with this “impossible”. We were made by experienced samples to put them on the staircase span, as a result I had to be present at lifting and suggesting the guys who did not want to believe in what it is possible. We have won this situation, our partitions managed to put and make it all high. Also one of the difficult moments were two conference tables, on one central foot, which were designed by designer sketches. One whole table to put there was impossible, since it was massive and heavy and therefore two tables appeared in our concept. We consulted about the stability of the table from specialists, and came to the fact that it is necessary to further consolidate them for the sex for safety. It was necessary in the non-ready space to guess the shape of the tables, so I had to go to the object several times, draw the shapes on the floor to understand where how many space would remain and whether they would be ergonomically fit. Also, this task was drawn by the correct placement of the electrician, which then had to be installed in the countertops, i.e. It was necessary to give the correct binding and binding of the lamps, which should have harmoniously look in the same composition with the tables.

The complexity of the loft spaces is that we retain natural walls, ceilings, columns, these are not perfect surfaces, not perfect corners, docks and levels. Throughout the office, it was necessary to think about the layout in such a way that in those places where we are embedded in the furniture walls were displayed under the level and ceilings, too, and in the other places where we had not built-in furniture walls should be in pristine. But in any case, in such spaces, we do not equalize the walls and ceilings, in places where the columns are deployed to have their own nuances on the docking of the material with these columns, along their painting. It was necessary to think through all the finishing materials so that they do not emphasize the curvature of columns, brick walls, etc. Not the first time we had a black plaster in the bathroom of the chef, this is a decorative plaster, which the artist made manually. It consists of three layers of plaster and paint different colors. This was its complexity. The desired effect managed to achieve only with the third time.
