Located in the heart of Mykonos Town, which many could describe as an elaborate maze, formed by a complex of whitewashed houses, crammed together in an organic orderliness, creating narrow streets that resemble streams, when overflowing with people, who like to stroll curiously through it exploring and discovering its secrets.

New Majestic hotel in Singapore by Ministry of Design

Predating the advent of the boutique hotel movement in Singapore, MOD conceptualized the New Majestic experience to simultaneously draw from its locale and heritage whilst looking forward to create an experiential narrative which earned it membership in the internationally acclaimed “Design Hotels” group. At that point in time, it was the sole Singaporean hotel belonging to the group.

Inspired by Magritte’s Surrealist paintings & the whimsicality of Street Fashion, Actually Boutique redefines the conventional boutique-elevating it from a muted repository of clothes to a wonderland of sensory and fashion stimuli. Situated along historical Seah Street, the New Insertions into the space are suspended away from the Old Shell, creating a unified backdrop for the merchandise.

Foeger Woman Pure“ has been one of Austria’s leading fashion boutiques for the past 20 years. Located in the picturesque alpine Town of Telfs in Tyrol (population 15,000) the store offers its customers fashion from international designer all over the world. Pedrocchi Architects from Basel, Switzerland, extended the existing fashion boutique with a cupola-like building which house the collections of new and promising designers.

Le Manoir Coquetterie in Montréal, Canada by Tuxedo

It’s been five years since Le Manoir, an avant-garde boutique offering beauty services, nail expertise and exclusive fashion, first opened its doors to customers. In an effort to maintain a youthful brand image and expand the retail aspect of the business, Le Manoir mandated Tuxedo to create a new store layout and update the interior design of the salon, located at the intersection of rue Ste-Catherine and St. Laurent Boulevard.

Amber&Art in Saint Petersburg, Russia by PIUARCH

The Russian brand of jewellery and objects, Amber&Art, opens its first flagship store in Saint Petersburg.

The boutique – developed by Milanese Studio Piuarch – is located in the city center, inside the famous Antonov’s Merchant House built in 1824 by architect Domenico Adamini.

The “Morada Sáinz” is essentially an Authorial Space, it’s design contains elements that inspire the couple of Architects; Eduardo Sáinz and Lilian G Sáinz.

This is the first exhibition in Casa Cor, Brasília.

The boutique studio 1:1 arquitetura:design created a 120 square meters of loft, aimed for people who loves the minimalist life style, surrounded by art and any reference of their own memories: “we created a space that works perfectly for us, a sample of the must important elements in our home, almost living inside an Art Gallery.

Les Hommes in Anversa, Belgium by Piuarch

The Belgian brand LES HOMMES opens the first flagship store in Belgium in a 200sqm space in Antwerp, home town of the two creative directors Tom Notte e Bart Vandebosch.

The boutique- at 6 Arme Duivelstraat – it’s the second flagship store in Europe after the one in Milan Porta Nuova opened in 2014 and prelude an important expansion which foresees the opening of 15 new boutiques in Asia in 3 years time.

Like for Milan, the concept and the brand identity of the new boutique were developed by Piuarc, to whom the brand entrust the responsibility for the task to express in space, colours, geometries and materials the values and images that characterize its style.

Kingfine Plot 58 in Nanjing, China by Girimun

This unique development in the district of Jiang Ning, Nanjing is a result of a dynamic interaction of its different functions. It comprises a shopping center linked to outdoor commercial streets, galleries and small shops and cafes, a 60m high boutique hotel, a 90m high office tower and two 90m high residential buildings over more than 150,000 sqm. Functions and facilities are interconnected by fluid forms and shapes, solid volumes and negative spaces along a sequence of indoor and outdoor squares, meeting areas, terraced passages and internal corridors.
