M’MASTERHALL FORTUNEPOT (Restaurant) – Building an oriental space | LDH DESIGN
In the present time of inherited food, dining also gradually carries spatial attributes – social, business, banquet, internet-famous site and other needs. LDH DESIGN draws inspiration and creativity from the Manmanhai brand concept, injects art aesthetics into the commercial space, builds a dining environment with an oriental mood, and uses spatial order as a link between people and food.

Wyndham Soleil Da Nang is a mixed-use development with a Gross Floor Area of 340,000 sq m located in Da Nang, Vietnam. The development is situated beside Bai Tam Pham Beach and offers an unobstructed picturesque sea view.
An iconic Beacon by the Sea
Strategically located adjacent to the arterial road of Vo Ngyuen Giap and Pham Van Dong, the project site enjoys good accessibility, being 6 km from the Da Nang city centre and having an approximate 20-minute travel ti me to Da Nang Airport.

The Masterplan includes 3 residential towers and 1 hotel tower in an iconic design within a lush resort-style podium roof garden. The outdoor green area accommodates many amenities such as bridge clubhouses, lounges, swimming pools, gym, and children’s playgrounds, all seamlessly integrated with the overall design. A rooftop F&B with infinity pools complete the 4 towers, creating iconic beacons by the sea.

The tower design adopts an organic approach, replacing straight lines with curves and bends reminiscent of a living creature residing seaside – the undulating fac;:ade echoes the form of sea coral. The dynamic fac;:ade elements not only aim to create an iconic beacon along the East Vietnam Sea but also allow for the incorporation of outdoor living rooms and loggias, creating a seamless and immersive living experience by the sea. Sky-bridges are designed at intermediate levels linking one residential tower to another, appointed with residential facilities, and providing vantage points for residents to enjoy the magnificent sea view of Da Nang.

The North and South elevations of the residential towers feature pre-finished aluminium decorative fac;:ade louvre shutter systems, providing functional shade for residents. When opened in various degrees, the aluminium shutters create a lively fac;:ade through its intricate interplay with sunlight that changes throughout the day.

The Boatyard Hotel is situated in Shanwan Village, a swamp region of Zhongjiadang, within the Wujiang District of Suzhou City. This area has been designated as a leading pilot area for Green and Integrated Ecological Development in the Yangtze River Delta Proposal. Since 2020, the region has launched a series of rural revitalization plans to promote the agricultural, cultural, and tourism industries. As a result, the Boatyard Hotel and the Restaurant of Metasequoia Grove now constitute the rural revitalization demonstration zone in Qushui Shanwan.
Ultramontane Tavertet is located in the touristic zone in the region of cingles de l’Avenc, on expansive, beautiful Spanish grounds, near Tavertet village. In a world of global connectivity and dazed post-pandemic environment, getting away from it all can seem like the most sought-after luxury. Ultramontane resort at Tavertet will become the beacon of sustainable and peaceful solitude without asking savvy travellers to sacrifice luxury and comfort. One of the major missions of this project is to provide a comfortable opportunity of finding solitude in the pristine nature of the Pre-Pyrenees to those who cannot participate in mountain climbing or other adrenaline-filled outdoor activities. Simple laconic architectural look will attract visitors and encourage them to venture into this remote part of the world to experience its raw, natural beauty.
Nanjing K.Wah G72 is expected to be one of the most expansive mixed-use developments in the Chinese city. UNStudio was commissioned by the developer K.Wah Group to create a human-centric destination where sustainability and culture play a key role in the daily lives of locals and visitors alike.

Based in Beijing, DJX Design conceives space by combining concept with functional demands. In recent two years, the practice has been mainly working on two major project series, Qushui Lanting Resort Hotel and Shuiguo Tangquan, with completed and under-construction projects in multiple Chinese cities including Shanghai, Beijing, Hangzhou, Suzhou, etc.

The new 5-star Falkensteiner Hotel Montafon, with a focus on families and sustainability, has opened its doors to the public. Nestled among the forests and peaks of a protected area of the Montafon, a valley in the Austrian state of Vorarlberg, it is the perfect holiday destination for enjoying the outdoors. While the architectural and landscape project was designed by Snøhetta Studio Innsbruck, the interior architecture and decoration are entirely down to the creative vision of Milanese studio Vudafieri-Saverino Partners.
