Located in an exclusive mall in the heart of Hong Kong. The brief is to elevate this restaurant into a playful and casual gourmet concept, and allowing customers not only a place to refuel, but to socialize with friends and colleagues, which is the true essence of urban lifestyle.
THE MAIN OBJECTIVE OF THE PROJECT WAS TO ACCOMMODATE THE NEW SHOPPING MALL INTO THE ARCHITECTURAL MESS SURROUNDINGS AND CREATING THE NEUTRAL BACKGROUND FOR THE HISTORIC CHURCH BUILDING.
Fuzhou Wusibei Thaihot Plaza’s central location at WuSi Bei Dajie, Jinan District makes it Fuzhou’s most successful retail mall. Its design enhanced Thaihot’s brand as a forward thinking innovative retail developer. SPARK’s design entwines the plaza, the street and the mall interior into a continuous circulation route that transforms the building into a living entity full of movement and energy. 12-hour daytime retail activities are concentrated in a 7-level shopping mall from which routes to the rooftop are carved out. Here various activities such as full service dining and cinema effectively create 24-hour traffic-free streets and squares attracting visitors not only to shop but also enjoy as a new social and entertainment destination.

TUKCOM I.T. mall has been rising with the rapid evolution of information and technological products from 2000 on. The market has changed dramatically with the recovering economy from 1997 crisis. Asian consumers update their I.T. products in routine fashion. From Laemtong shopping mall built in the early 90’s for diverse product oriented, the building was then converted into a shopping center devoted to communication and technology products (computers, mobile phones, camera, gadget etc.) and renamed to TUKCOM I.T. mall. Since then the new brand has been expanding and new TUKCOM building is built one every 2 year. After 5 years, there are 3 TUKCOMs in Thailand and a few more at plan.
A shopping center with 12 shops facing one of the most valuable corners of the city of Porto Alegre, Brazil. The work was conceived and executed with industrial materials, and its macrostructure made in precast concrete, optimizing runtime. The gallery formed by the coverage balance is projected at 1.5 m above street level, not conflict visually with the parking lots that require quick places like this, heavy traffic.

Economically and ecologically sustainable construction and operation minimize the ecological footprint and reduce the life‐cycle cost of buildings.
Located in a newly formed industrial area within the municipality of Apeldoorn between the city center and the national highway, Kwakkel, which distributes building and sanitary ware, required new facilities for their diverse program; administration, showroom, storage, service area, as well as cafeteria and restaurant overlaying the customary showroom program with additional public use.
Already an icon of progressive planning, the revitalized Portland Mall is significant nationally as a new benchmark in urban design, place-making and transportation infrastructure. Extending the entire length of downtown Portland, it mixes multiple modes of transportation, stimulates adjacent development and re-establishes itself as one of Portland’s premier civic spaces.
