Changwon, where Maison De Terrace is located, as a well-outlined planned city, is a city where the manufacturing area and residential area, as well as the commercial area and the park are thoroughly separated Kim Jin-baek, the president of Kilmin Engineering&Construction, commissioned Samhyun to plan Maison De Terrace, and Kilmin as well, worked together with Samhyun as a constructor a long time ago. A fact that was discovered as the work began in earnest was that, before establishing a relationship with Samhyun, they had made design requests to many design offices, received various designs and had only been reviewing them for several months. This time, Kilmin Construction meets Samhyun as an owner, which becomes an opportunity for the work to rapidly progress. Samhyun submitted the design plan, proceeded with the contract the following week, and reached the stage of selling three months later. As if Samhyun already knew the direction the owner wanted to pursue, the proposal was immediately accepted, and a consensus with the owner was naturally formed.

The new court of “A Parda”, promoted by the board of the Galician Government, is conceived with the intention of regrouping all the courts in the city of Pontevedra, while creating the space needed in the next years. The new building is communicated with the old one through a walkway, forming both a single functional unit. The exterior image of the building is given by two clear conditions, such as the urban area and the adjacent architecture, especially the existing court. This is why the new building façade is based on curve wedges and serial windows.

Recently, the Brabant, The Netherlands, branch of the globally operating Lan Handling Technologies moved into a brand-new building designed and realized by cepezed. For their new housing, cepezed assisted the company in terms of both architecture and construction as well as process. For instance, the office contributed to the choice of location, provided counsel on the procurement of the plot and conferred with the municipality on the possibilities of the zoning plan. The architecture and interior disciplines drew up an integral design, for which cepezed also contracted and coordinated all other consultants such as those for stability, MEP & HAVAC, construction physics, fire safety and costs. cepezedbouwteam, the construction branch of the cepezed brand, arranged for the realization; without the use of a main contractor, it engaged, coordinated and supervised the different construction specialists for the client. The close cooperation between the different cepezed specialists has resulted in a custom building for the price of a standard solution. Within the budget available, Lan now has a maximum equipped, state-of-the-art housing at its disposal.
