KCAP and Kraaijvanger Architects transformed the Stationspostgebouw, a former postal sorting centre next to the Hollands Spoor train station in The Hague, into a sustainable and social work environment for the 21st century while respecting the original architecture. Renovation of the national monument was commissioned by LIFE, SENS real estate and PostNL, the national postal service and former occupant. The building is home once again to PostNL, now serving as its headquarters.
For this project, we made a new office building for the Ribeirão Preto Shared Fuel Base. The building is developed on two floors. The upper floor has 12 commercial rooms, reception, and bathrooms, and the lower floor, living area, technical area, and storage – in addition to a covered area planned for future expansion.
Interdisciplinary Architecture’s (IA) new studio for LinkedIn’s Media Productions team part of LinkedIn’s Sunnyvale, California campus is designed to foster creativity and support highly technical video production processes, all while keeping employees safe in the post-pandemic age. The design seamlessly blends workspaces for visioning, storyboarding, and workshopping with state-of-the-art studio environments, bringing creative and technical teams under one roof to streamline video-on-demand and live broadcast content production.

The client’s requirement was to create an efficient and high-quality work environment, with extensive and diverse public areas in nature and appearance.
The design language of the project was inspired by the company’s special logo.

Designed and conceptualised as an educational, interactive and collaborative space for green initiatives, ONE’s new workplace – aptly named ONE Green Office – now houses their global Green Strategy Department and South Asia regional headquarters.
Ferring Pharmaceuticals A/S has opened its new home in Copenhagen. The site occupies a pivotal waterfront position alongside the Øresund crossing, just north of Copenhagen International Airport. Bordered by predominantly low-rise development, the building affords fantastic views towards Malmö and the Swedish coast – where the company was founded.

Foster + Partners has completed ICÔNE, a new office complex in Belval, Luxembourg. The 18,800 square-metre office building, filled with light and greenery, encourages a spirit of co-creation and collaboration. Its layout addresses the need for flexible and safe working environments that will emerge in the future. It also references the rich industrial heritage of Belval, revitalising the area by making a positive contribution to the site and its surroundings. The scheme is targeted to achieve a BREEAM Excellent rating.

The project involved the construction of the new office building for the Botter company and the arrangement of the external areas, in a space between the existing industrial settlement and the vineyards.
The project area develops along one edge of the large lot of around 60,000 m2. occupied by the buildings for the production and the surrounding countryside still destined for the cultivation of vineyards.
As a compact city, Hanoi is in the process of strong construction. Along with that process, thousands of high-rise skyscrapers are rising that result in the development of the working environment. Overall, there are thousands of companies and millions of workers facing limited working space and they have to work in an environment without trees and natural light.
