Cascading in terraces down a gently sloping hillside high above the coastal town of Yalikavak, Jacaranda is an estate of thirteen fully managed resort villas. Through careful master planning and utilisation of the natural slope, every home enjoys the full unobstructed majesty of an Aegean sunset.
An environmental consultant had to assess a site and provide a plan to the client for retaining wall design meant to block the flood water from a nearby river from entering the site.

Oak Tree Emerald locates on a contour hills area with view facing directly to a valley and city. Because of its strategic location, it is suitable for a concept of resort hotel. The site has a steep hills contour with a very long and narrow L-shaped site. Thus, in order to meet the programme’s requirements, we must use cut and fill system to get extra spaces.
The project is under construction in the resort land of Side-Belek region. The sea shore is nearly full of new resorts, as a competition of thematic towers, domes. The restricitons of roofs, block lenghts and heights let the investors and architects, to remark their products by these kind of silhouette objects or historical theme facades.
The central theme of this project is The Sea. The design explores new ways of using its power and attraction as a draw for people to come and experience it in a real and memorable way.
Musholm is located at the beautiful Danish coastline and pushes the potential of accessible architecture. In fact, it is recognized as one of the world’s most accessible holiday, sports and conference resorts for people with disabilities. The expansion of Musholm is divided into two sections in the form of a new multi-purpose sports hall and a number of new holiday flats. The multi-purpose sports hall is located at the heart of the resort, while the flats are located in its periphery.
