The byword of tropical shopping and leisure, Breeze Walk recreates a cityscape of low-rise buildings, landscaped walkways and courtyards that will take customers through its 64,000 sqm of retail, office spaces, restaurants, bars and cafes. An axial set of waterways, artificial lakes and pools brings the project together into a central courtyard for all-day and night entertainment.
The client offered us a different concept. A place where they could live a clothing store and a small cafe space. both naturally came together, and at the same time complement each other.

Block 32 occupies a strategic position in the vast programme to renovate the Duchère neighbourhood, in Lyon. The OPAC du Rhône housing association has produced a building which incorporates 33 social rental housing units, 1,500m2 of office space dedicated to health-related activities, and has retail space throughout the ground floor. Its central location, at the crossroads between the new Abbé Pierre square and the east / west boulevard, means it is highly visible and its proximity to the athletics hall imposes the need for a resoundingly urban attitude.

The Doninpark project was developed as an eight-story residential, office and retail building, located in the 22nd district in Vienna, directly behind the “Kagraner Platz” subway stop. In terms of urban planning, this location is characterized be enormous leaps in scale: to the east lies a dense, urban area with extensive infrastructure, while the area to the west has a more suburban feel, with numerous single-family and multi-family dwellings and sports fields.
INNOCAD and its multidisciplinary team, consisting of fashion and product designers, sound and media designers, won the Graz Armoury “Cannon Room” competition.
On 13th September 2013, Zhongxun Group and 10 DESIGN jointly hosted a press conference in Chongqing to unveil the design for Zhongxun Times, which will be the first within the 800,000 sqm Danzishi CBD(also designed by 10 DESIGN) to be built by spring 2015.
This mixed use office and retail development sits centrally within the CBDis located on the banks of the Yangtze River.
