The project consists of a small sauna with dressing room in conjunction with a rest stop at the Leirhol summer farm in Vang, Valdres. It has a primary footprint of approximately five square meters, and a heigth of approximately four and a half meters.

New Passenger Terminal at Franjo Tudman International Airport Zagreb in Croatia by Kincl d.o.o.

In 2008, international competition jury awarded first prize and commission to the entry designed by Croatian authors-architects Branko Kincl, Velimir Neidhardt and Jure Radić.

The French concessionaire started building in 2013 executing the design delivered by authors-architects and design companies IGH projektiranje d.o.o., Kincl d.o.o., Neidhardt arhitekti d.o.o. The new terminal complex opened in March 2017 as the 1st phase construction of 65.000 m2 serves up to 5 million passengers a year. At the end of 30 year concession 2nd phase additions will serve 8 million passengers.

Emigration House in Salt Lake City, UT by Steven Christensen Architecture

Emigration House, a project by Steven Christensen Architecture of Santa Monica, California, has received a Special Mention distinction at the Architizer A+ Awards. The Architizer A+Awards received entries from over 100 countries, and its winners represent the best of architecture and design worldwide. The jury included such industry luminaries as Denise Scott Brown, Bjarke Ingels and Tom Kundig, as well as personalities from outside of architecture such as Tony Hsieh (CEO, Zappos), Yves Behar (Fuseproject), John Edelman (CEO, Design Within Reach), Cameron Sinclair (Architecture for Humanity) and Barry Bergdoll (MoMA). Special Mention awards were given to the top 15 percent of entries in each category, and other firms to receive the distinction include Morphosis, Neri&Hu, and OMA.

This project is a small nursery in Yamanashi prefecture, Japan.

The site offers a spectacular view of Mt. Fuji. With some houses and farms spread out in its neighborhood, it creates a peaceful, but at the same time, a bit deserted atmosphere.

145 Student Housing in Bordeaux, France by GARDERA-D Architecture

The project is located on the overall development program of the Bassins à Flots in Bordeaux, whose specifications were drawn up by the ANMA agency (Nicolas Michelin). The group concerned is coordinated by the architecture agency MATEO Arquitectura in Barcelona.

The program totals 145 rooms and combines a series of 9 duplex townhouses. The building exudes about 4452 m2 of floor space and is composed of two different estates oriented South-West / North-Est facing each other on both sides of a large landscaped slab cleared at the 2nd level.

ENXEBRE in Madrid, Spain by ZOOCO Estudio

ENXEBRE is the new space that has been created after rehabilitating some adjoining units of the restaurant Atrapallada, in Madrid.

The task is to create a multipurpose space that can be divided to accommodate groups of diners of different sizes.

In order not to lose depth or create a fragmented space, two series of sliding doors are arranged as string lattices that limit space but allow visibility.

The Dr. Miriam and Sheldon G. Adelson School of Entrepreneurship at the IDC Herzliya is situated in the northeast corner of campus on a flat site in a small Mediterranean coastal city near Tel Aviv. The upper floors are open and transparent, looking directly out and over the university foliage while the lower floors relate more intimately to the scale of the immediate campus gardens. Students enter the building through an 8 meter high arcade.

The building is home to a first-of-its-kind institution in Israel dedicated to the study and support of entrepreneurship.

Mahmud Qabadu Mosque in Djedeida, Tunisia by Philippe Barriere Collective (PB+Co)

The mosque has been designed to become a religious and urban landmark playing a central role within the rural.

It is positioned at the center of the two-major axis of the urban development, joining the rural park with the main commercial artery and the two large urban pedestrian plazas (one with shops, the other without).

This privileged setting signifies unity and centrality, reflecting the role played by Islam in everyday life.
