The project is located in La Herradura a 60`s residential complex on the City of Aguascalientes, near the San Pedro River on the west side, this allows to have some rare vegetation with tree stands than the rest of the city.
From the first visit to the site where the Tree House is located, three premises for the project were evident, “the permanence of an ancient Zapote tree, the need for more openness in the space, and to cause the least impact on the natural and built environments.”
This project was erected in a rugged topography which takes place above the city grounds, the development of the project for the soccer and football stadium for the Tec de Monterrey in Aguascalientes campus.
The project as a paradox seeking for integration and impact of an architectural object on a natural context, but how to develop this natural-artificial symbiosis?
The Lemon Tree House, a single-family residence that develops on two floors. Its composition, divided into two clear sections: the first area, where the main access from the street is located and is occupied by the existing construction and the second area where the bedrooms and central courtyard are located. The courtyard functions as: terrace, pool and as a connection to the new building. The terrace, acts as a distribuitor, housing the beginning of the stairway and allows access to the bedrooms.
The offices for NEXT, a company specialized in digital solutions were developed inside of an old hacienda in the west area of Mexico City. The main target of the project was to achieve a design that blended the rustic backdrop of the classic hacienda, with the dynamic and contemporary image of the company in 310 sq m. Therefore, in several areas the original beam and brick ceilings were preserved as well as some characteristic details such as the fireplace that located in the director’s office.

Rinconada Margaritas is a vertical housing complex, set up with three buildings in a 10,126 sqm. site. A fundamental part of the project lies on the site conditions, preserving a ravine with an important density of trees and plants. The strategic emplacement of the buildings, leaves 80% of the site´s area for green areas and open spaces, this represents a privilege due its urban condition.
This 300 sq m apartment located on the west area of Mexico City is a full interior design lesson that shows the functional and aesthetic possibilities of an open space, loft style, which integrates in a sober and harmonic way the private areas.
The project “Una Vida” is located in the south region of Tulum, Quintana Roo, 10 minutes from the Caribbean beaches and in the middle of the tropical lowland rainforest. The location area is 3,305 sqm and it has an irregular triangular shape, which limited the distribution of buildings and common areas.
Eskema designed the new offices for Solcargo, a young law firm who wanted to reinvent their image. The challenge in this project consisted in getting 43 individual offices into 1,050m2. They wanted all the individual offices to have natural lighting and at least a partial view of the outside.
Nacional 135 is a custom-built home located south of Oaxaca City, a picturesque World Heritage Site in México. Nested in the San Sebastian Tutla Municipality, this home witnesses an ambient where the fast urban sprawl and the typical rural scene melt together.
