After more than ten years’ development, RIGIdesign has grown into a comprehensive design team consisting of young designers. As time moves on, RIGI has developed its unique design concept and style; its work covers brand, space, visualization, and product. There are no boundaries for design, and the world is multidimensional, thus design does not belong to only one category. Logic, skill, the expression of emotion and sense of beauty that contains in design are what designers chase for. RIGI’s designs are simple and warm, and we spend a great deal of energy making real connection with people.
One Idea is a newly-established brand, the client consigns Rigidesign to conduct pre-research into the relevant industry and set up the brand through SI & VI. Through its analysis on the new social demands, integration in demand and channel, Rigidesign determines the brand as provision of life experience, a diversified platform to satisfy consumer’s demand of social role and life experience.
N3ON is a boutique sunglasses store offering a unique spatial retail experience. The concept for the space was inspired by ocular perception and the sense of sight perceived by the eye. Linehouse worked with the notions of the concave and convex, depth of field and perspective.

More than half a century after the last new building at the Bund, Shanghai’s historic promenade along the Huangpu River, the famous row of bank and commercial buildings from colonial times has been rounded off with a new architectural highlight. As the last building – for now – in the first row along the river, the Bund SOHO business and office ensemble, designed by gmp Architects von Gerkan, Marg and Partners, adds to the characteristic skyline which gave rise to Shanghai’s reputation as the „Paris of the east“. The practice had won the international competition organized by the SOHO China Group in 2011.

The proposal for Bar Rouge arises to reinterpret the known skyline of Shanghai.
To face this exercise we have imposed ourselves the requirement of pulling out the most recognizable feature of Bar Rouge, that specific thing which distinguishes Bar Rouge from the rest of clubs and bars in town.
That thing was clear for us; The stunning views of Shanghai’s most known skyline of Pudong.
Bar Rouge counts with Shanghai’s most privileged balcony, where you can sit down with your well served cocktail and enjoy the most amazing views over the new area of Pudong, which by themselves are an entertaining feature of Bar Rouge´s terrace.
Chicago-based architecture firm Goettsch Partners (GP) and Hong Kong-based multidisciplinary architecture and design studio Lead 8 have recently won the design competition for a new 264,000-square-meter multi-building mixed-use complex in Shanghai. The project is being developed by Financial Street Holding Co. Ltd., a leading commercial real estate developer based in Beijing, and will be located on two parcels just north of the Shanghai Railway Station.
Both Music is a café bar nestled in Shanghai’s Red Town of Sculpture Museum creative district. Combining an eclectic mix of music, art, and photography, it’s a hidden haven for beat-makers and audiophiles in Shanghai who want to relax to a curated selection of Vinyl’s funk, soul, jazz, and hip-hop.

This great outdoor hangout spot has itself into one of Shanghai’s most popular Sculpture art districts. With galleries, cafes, exhibition spaces and creative offices, Red Town makes a great place for casual meetings and quietly working off the grid. There is also a large grassy area for reading, relaxing, doodling, picnicing and whatever it is that people.
As the most integrally preserved canal-town in Shanghai, Zhujiajiao attracts an increasing number of visitors every year with its authentic tradition of eastern China. The site, located at the entry of the old town, faces two 470-year-old ginkgo trees. This 1,800 sqm museum will house paintings and other art works related to the history of Zhujiajiao.
The Clinic – by International Rehabilitation Specialists. The first of its kind in Shanghai, The Clinic, is a wellness, and rehabilitation center focusing on each person’s individual needs. The design aims to create an interior that overturns ones idea of the “sterile white walled” hospital environment. Raw materials of concrete, rustic wood, textured glass and industrial lighting have been used to create an intimate boutique style to the common spaces and treatment rooms. The minimalistic and natural finishes give suggestion to a spa interior to instill a feeling of relaxation and healing.
