Serving as the sales office for the Bluepoint Residences in Phuket, Thailand, the Bluepoint Sales Pavilion provides an ideal lounge setting for potential clients to enjoy spectacular views while reviewing development plans and observing construction progress. The pavilion’s expression responds to the powerful contextual site conditions. A deep terrace and continuous wrapping canopy extend outward toward a look-out point, framing a spectacular panoramic vista of the Adaman Sea.
With the owner’s love of gardens and trees, IF proposed this IT’S SARA café as a place where people could experience the permeation between the indoor and the outdoor space.
The PANO Penthouse is at the 53th – 55th floor of a high-end residential tower in Bangkok which is the fourth highest apartment in Thailand. AAd (Ayutt and Associates design) designed this penthouse under the concept of “living between the city and the nature” offers a modern lifestyle with luxury and relaxation with panoramic views towards the historic Chao Phraya River. The Penthouse was specially developed for a single family in need of a place to combine privacy with socializing living space.

LSR113 is situated on Bangna road, Samuthprakarn, Thailand, on the lakefront plot of private housing property known as ‘Lakeside villa’. The house is built as one-family house which provided a flexibility to be expanded into multi-family for the future. The briefs that designer received from the client was for functional spaces like any normal house, though what they really liked were square, modern style house, but they asked that it should not be hot inside and has to suit with Thai Climate. Even though the usable space of the land is limited, but the client still wants a large greenery area to enjoy, as well as a modern house with sun shades and rain protections. This is the most challenge part for the designer, who has to configure the modern language of architecture in a way that would suit the hot and humid climate of Thailand.
Ingfah restaurant is a local cuisine, outdoor seating restaurant located in Khaolak, Phangnga, Thailand.
First time when we arrived the location, the site of this restaurant is surrounded by buildings and has no sea view. The most effective potentials left for this site was the lawn and the sky.
Café Murasaki initiated by the client’s proposal, which planed to renovate a pair of row houses to be the café. In the beginning, the functions are not specific. Then, the first idea started from a loca-on that standing on the suburban area of Bangkok, due to the reason of hard access.
Site: Sindhorn Building built in 1980, a more than 80,000 sq.m. Office building located on one of the most beautiful road in Bangkok called Wireless road, has been extended several times. Until now the owner has an intension to reimage the building by having a spectacular building in front of it to create new image and programs to support the building.
