This place is an Italian restaurant with bakery shop located “NERO. BOTANICA”, the commercial building in Iizuka, Fukuoka, Japan.
Starting to plan, we considered radical attraction of restaurant and the current way.
That used to be a special thing an age ago to go out for dinner with family or couple.
Fast-food restaurants are recent trends for families.
It’s low price, easy to use for every age brackets.
However, it spoils “added value” in exchange for the convenience, that we enjoy meals in the different space from daily life and spend a special time with someone important.
La Sofia, the concept is “for family” but yet to serve high-quality Italian not to permit compromise on selecting ingredients and cooking method.
