People are becoming more and more indifferent today, feeling Design attempted to break this situation when they received the design task for BWM office. Instead of emphasizing hierarchical relationships among colleagues in other companies, BWM concerns more about inner cooperation. feeling Design hit it off with BWM right away! feeling Design made a decision to change the space compartment structure for creating a more friendly and harmonious office space. At the initial design stage, we instinctively pursue a simple but surprising spatial experience. Fluent lines and simple space layout are mingled to use to create a sense of beauty. White background with wood elements and hidden lights create a cozy atmosphere. Unconstrained by others, each part in the space has unique size and radian, connects and penetrates with each other through special forms. The fluid and curved office table baffles in the central open office strengthen the communication among colleagues. The office tables and feature wall in lobby are mainly made of artificial stone. This kind of environmental friendly stone materials with wood create a natural and lively environment. Besides, unique and special space layout can be provided because of flexible and various artificial stone properties. In BWM project, based on the curved structure, feeling Design tried to combine all elements in this space to complete a marvelous project work for BWM office staff and visitors. Introduction and Design Concept of feeling Design feeling Design believes that each space has its exclusive soul! We cannot describe the actual concept of space, just as people cannot identify soul. As spatial designers, We transfer “intangible space” into “functional space” with more acute sense and through one or more design approaches. feeling Design devotes to giving each space an exclusive soul, offering people a totally new sensory experience and creating collision and resonance between people and the space. Feeling Design focuses on the design of commercial space, exhibition space and brand environment–inspired by feeling, follow heart. Evan Wu Founder and Design Director of feeling Design Evan Wu was graduated from Guangzhou Academy of Fine Arts and majored in Exhibition &Art Design. He engaged in commercial space design and brand service since 2008.He founded feeling Design in 2013 and he is acting as the Design Director. “Inspired by feeling, follow heart” is the fundamental principal of my design. Each space or brand has its unique body, giving them an exclusive soul is the pursuit that I am never bored with. I enjoy wandering among different brands, crossover collision is very interesting to me.
