Article source: Architects VDARQ This project proposes the development of a Eurobuilding Hotel Complex, Convention Center, and Office Building. The volumetry of the set is formed by 3 bodies, a square structure with a central atrium for the hotel. The central body corresponds to the convention center, whose deck is the recreational areas of the hotel, swimming pool and restaurant; And the third building is the tallest building, designed for offices spaces.  Image Courtesy © Architects VDARQ The 7-storey hotel includes all the spaces required for the development of 143 rooms, which are developed around a large central atrium. The circulation core consists of two main elevators and one service, plus two service stairs. A lower level includes parking lots and complementary areas. The convention center has a capacity of 1,000 (thousand) people. A 9-story office building with a marketable area of 7964.21 m2.
