Opening the low-rise towards both the high rise and outside, makes the building into an inviting entrance to the TU/e campus and a showcase for innovation and technology.  Image Courtesy © Team V Architecture Education and research come together around a striking 12-storey staircase that zigzags up to the roof. Along the staircase are several clusters of lecture rooms and meeting areas. The study and work spaces in the high rise are flooded with daylight through the new ultra-insulating glass curtain wall with characteristic parallel opening windows.
