The building is designed as a single volume space with open offices, workshop, canteen, open concept kitchen and utility rooms. Connection with the courtyard and extroversion of space has been achieved through the existence of large transparent surfaces on the building facade. Great attention is paid to the installation of the latest building, heating and air conditioning systems, smart energy management systems and hi-tech technical solutions in the field of construction engineering and design. In this way the building is designed as a showcase of architectural concepts and systems that the company deals with.

The building was previously used as a family house, but now has been converted to office space. In order to enrich the interior and add extra value to it, some of the old elements are preserved and are still visible in the space. Concrete columns and exposed brick walls in addition with the new furniture that was specially designed for this space make a creative place to work and thanks to the cohesion of these elements, the structure of the original building maintains its presence as a part of a modern building.
