Desk space is located at the front overlooking the high-rise buildings, with a meeting space at the left. A wooden shelving system was installed behind the desk in order to add more consistency to the walls while changing the composition of the white space behind manager. Ayeh animated some parts of New York City‘s urban map through lighting fixture made of LED lamps in an attractive pattern on the wall and ceiling. A roof light was inserted into the center through the narrow spaces of wooden triangle bring the light into the heart of the deep plan. The main part of the room is structured by smooth and elegant walls, reflective surfaces, while one wall is covered by displaying a black and white photograph with famous yellow taxi taken from old New York. The yellow color of the taxi also encompassed the furniture as an iconic color of the city. The room features circular wooden tables with suitcase shape due to indicate the office goal. Moreover, three glassy cubes with New York’s photos and wooden frame sandglass on top of them help to enhance the activity of the office. Actually, the aim was to create a particular space which was elegantly simple yet sophisticated in circular form due to grasp the spirit of movement. It means that this real state office can help you to find the best location for your goals everywhere in New York,” just close your suitcase and ready to move”.

She reinterpreted the meeting room via a series of Veneered MDF Board made from American Black Walnut due to allow the interior spaces to be natural by bringing in roots of the outside world such as terrain topography as design cues. Wooden ceiling is intended as unifying element due to exaggerates the depth of the interior. A wooden table runs through the center of the space, surrounded by glassy chairs. In addition , a series of geometric lines are arranged as a huge lighting installation due to enliven the corner of meeting space via creating different shades of light between the terrain topography shape of wall. To finish the space, Ayeh designed a particular door which gave flexibility to merge throughout the office.
