The client’s brief is for a flexible and open-plan living space in combination with a series of sea-view bedrooms that reflect modern living standards. Ayutt and Associates design (AAd) is trying to create a harmonious meeting point between sky and sea, overlooking the breathtaking infinity beach.
168 Sale gallery is a new modern design Sales gallery for one of the most recent luxury Low-rise condominium called 168 residence, which located on Sukhumvit36 Road, Bangkok, Thailand. Ayutt and Associates design (AAd) got a commission to design the gallery, which contains a reception area, mock up units and staff office, plus the surrounding landscape. These functions are compressed into one triangle-like box measured 50 meter long and 8.5 meter wide. Usually most sales gallery in Bangkok are quite similar. The clients would want to see some stunning architecture standing in the impressive surrounding. The gallery is specifically designed for eye-catch sculpture and 1:1 Mock up facade for the Main building. It is composed of 400 sqm internal space. Even though the land is limited and triangle shape, but the owner still wants to maximise the function area and a large landscape for their private outdoor event.

SOI 16 is a pub and music venue in the famous night life street known as Walking Street in Pattaya, Thailand. Influenced by the essence of Thai architectural design, triple- gables are used as the main structure of the building, along with clay roof tiles lining the front gable. The check and stripy façade, borrowed from the pattern of the Pa Kao Ma (traditional Thai sarong), plays well with the mess of electricity wires in front of the site.

This place will bring back into 80’s, the origin time of brand “Wangprom” at Sampran district, Nakorn Pathom Province, Thailand by using the local element twist with modern design process and context and then become the main concept “Modern Sampran”.
The project originated as a design for a 7 storey apartment building. It is intended as a quiet and orderly residence with limited number of units which are large and spacious with 3-4 bedrooms. This aspect is quite different from other existing condominium projects.
A house for a photographer and a landscape designer; Aperture House frames its surrounding natures and embrace the natural world within its serene envelope. The challenge is how the store could display these products in harmony without compromising their outstanding identities. The store is located in renovated space with limitation in width and height. Physical challenge of the site is to circulate traffic efficiently within the low-ceiling elongated site.
