Article source: Eskema Arquitectos The biggest challenge of this project was moving the client from their 45 years offices to a new space. The double height of the building favored the project opening the possibilities of what could be done in the space.  Image Courtesy © Eskema Arquitectos The project seeks to bring the company to modernity so it was necessary to change to a new space to meet the current capacity demand as well as to implementing new forms of work to encourage informal meetings, communication with the open spaces and having a better community increasing interaction between different areas of the company. The colors selected are neutral combined with red, blue, and purple accents making the space classic with the dynamics given by the different shades. The open floor plan is also key to have natural light in all the spaces. Surrounding it are the working stations for coordinators and managers, giving view priority to the managers. There is an open zone with operatives and managers as they are the organization areas that need more direct contact with the partners. The two levels are communicated with an internal staircase, the focus that makes evident the double height of the building.
