Designed by Andrew Bromberg of Aedas, Abdul Latif Jameel’s Corporate Headquarters is currently in construction and will provide a centralised facility for 2,500 associates. The company is a regional diversified business whose interests encompass automotive distribution, auto parts manufacturing, financial services, renewable energy, environmental services, land and real estate development, logistics, electronics retailing and media services. Unique for Saudi Arabia, it has adopted an open office approach for its Corporate Headquarters which limits hierarchy and promotes interaction.
The project is the new headquarters of Verve Communications advertising agency, one of the most important city of Fortaleza, Ceará . The new space is composed of six rooms of a commercial building in a prime area of the city with a total area of 165,00m² . The project character, suggested by the owners , should meet the commercial and standardized character of the building , breaking its formality through the choice of materials and greater integration between the spaces .
For the new global headquarters of Lightspeed, a burgeoning, Montreal-based developer of point-of-sale software, ACDF Architecture reinvigorated three floors of the historical Viger train station and hotel, a nearly forgotten, chateaustyle building whose pointed turrets overlook a prominent civic square. The studio did so by preserving the found, raw elements of the once-abandoned space, superimposing a layer of select, slick, wit-filled elements that pop against the roughness and reflect the clients’ dynamic, creative and vigorous brand.

Studioninedots’ design transforms an existing 1970s office building on the Lucent site in Hilversum into the new headquarters of de Alliantie, a Dutch housing corporation. The most eye-catching intervention involves the removal of large areas of infill floors and walls from the sturdy concrete structure. This creates a spectacular four-storey-high void, the light and lively new heart of the building that connects the different departments.
