The “Morada Sáinz” is essentially an Authorial Space, it’s design contains elements that inspire the couple of Architects; Eduardo Sáinz and Lilian G Sáinz.
This is the first exhibition in Casa Cor, Brasília.
The boutique studio 1:1 arquitetura:design created a 120 square meters of loft, aimed for people who loves the minimalist life style, surrounded by art and any reference of their own memories: “we created a space that works perfectly for us, a sample of the must important elements in our home, almost living inside an Art Gallery.
The site of NDSM Nieuwdok site is a former ship dock area at the waterfront of Amsterdam Noord in the Netherlands. The area is currently largely derelict and used by early adapters, like Greenpeace, Red Bull and MTV. The remaining monumental industrial buildings allocate small creative businesses and workshops, while new bars and hip festivals indicate the potential attraction of the area. They are signs of what is about to happen, as in the coming years the area will be transformed into a diverse urban area, with housing, office space, hotels and the like, all with a staggering density. Surrounded by the IJ River and some remaining docks, the water has a strong impact on the site and provides beautiful views.

ASWA (Architectural Studio of Work – Aholic) designed the solid concrete studio + gallery situated in Bangkok, Thailand. The private studio and gallery of the Thai artist, who preferred privacy of his daily life from the neighborhood, has only single opening view from the street to communicate with its surrounding but has surprisingly interior space.
The interior of a postproduction studio FRAMEHOUSE is located in a renovated multifunctional building on Miletičova street in Bratislava. Studio covers an area of 145 m2 divided into two floors and plays with materiality, minimalism and morphology. Motto “simplicity is beauty” architects are trying to undermine the motto “simplicity is beauty” with occasional spatial elements. Call words are wood, concrete and a bit of metal.
In 2012, O-office transformed the top floor of a 1960s’ silo building in the oldest beer factory of Guangzhou, the central city of southern China. The 38-metre-high silo building locates on the south bank of one branch of the Pearl River, confronting the generic housing high rises and looking south to the city’s old downtown. The top floor used to be the inlet level for the wheat berry to be fill in the 12 silo’s below, thus full of square holes on it. A bridge building has been connecting the building part on top of the silo’s, and the vertical transportation tower at the east end.
Following an international competition to design the main Samsung showcase at the Olympic Park Pavilion, UNStudio was engaged to develop a design that builds on the brand’s history with the Olympic Games.
‘House of Rolf’ is an ambitious transformation of a late nineteenth century coach house into a spectacular home and workspace. What is truly unique about this project is that all the materials used to carry out this transformation originated from a demolished office building that was located next to the coach house. The care and meticulous way in which these materials were reapplied can be witnessed in the end result. ‘House of Rolf’ is proof that waste can be turned into something beautiful.
Highline Stages, previously known as Ceco Studios, is a photo / film studio and events space in the Meatpacking district of New York City.
With 14,500 square feet and entrances on West 14th and West 15th Streets, the space previously housed large trucks and associated equipment related to film and production. The owner decided to rebrand the space as one that could be leased out for large events and filming. The unusually tall ceiling height and easy truck access from the street are a primary feature. EOA stripped the interior of all extraneous materials to expose its original character, providing a clean canvas for any variety of events and photo-shoots while still reflecting the inherent industrial fabric of the building. When the large steel doors that divide the space are open, a view through the entire block is revealed. The entries on both streets are designed to accommodate trucks while at the same time providing a layer of privacy and control to for private events. A new cafe bar is a place for cast and crews to relax and features reclaimed wood and blackened steel. Industrial lighting fixtures used on film sets have been re-purposed and integrated in a variety of ways throughout the space. Upstairs EOA created offices and work areas for the managers of Highline Stages with a continuation of the industrial aesthetic below. EOA also carved out smaller studio spaces to provide the client with additional opportunities to expand their offerings. The entire project is designed to provide the maximum flexibility to the clients of Highline Stages while also providing the perfect space for a variety of creative events to take place.
It is in the former industrial area of the Mile-Ex that Moment Factory, a multimedia studio, has chosen to move its creation studios. Montreal, known for its originality and UNESCO City of Design, houses the studio that develops and produces shows for major events and venues around the world. The creativity of this Montreal-based company is world-renowned.

A space for thinking, a living room, a party place….with a wall of light…
The given condition of the space was a two-story light steel frame structure glass box that is an annex to a brick storage building. It measures 35m from north to south and 5m from east to west. The west side is attached to the exterior brick wall of the storage and the east side faces a parking lot.
